Jeanine is the Operations Manager at Bureau of Substance Abuse Prevention Treatment and Recovery. She is responsible for the daily operations of the department along with access to treatment to all City of Detroit residents seeking substance abuse services. Jeanine developed the 24 hour access center for substance abuse referrals and treatment services which is utilized by over 4,000 individuals monthly. Jeanine has the philosophy that "If an individual can modify the emotional influence of their decision making, it will increase the individual's likelihood of having positive outcomes.
